Just moved to Cabbagetown and I’m on the fence. The charm is undeniable, but my landlord has been MIA for weeks about a leaking sink. Anyone else experiencing frustrating landlord situations here? Plus, what’s up with the rent prices? Can’t believe some places are going for so high for what you get!
