How's the commute from 23 Craigton Dr to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm looking at 23 Craigton Dr and want to know how the commute to downtown is. Is the TTC service reliable? Trying to live car-free, so any insights on walking to transit or nearby bus routes would be super helpful!
