101 Driftwood Ave is in the running, what's that area like?

I'm seriously considering 101 Driftwood Ave for my family. I love what I've seen so far but would love insight into the area vibe. How's transit access, and are there good grocery stores or restaurants nearby? Also curious about schools and safety for kids.
