Is 307 The Kingsway close to a subway station?

Hey everyone, I'm looking at living in 307 The Kingsway and I'm wondering about the TTC options nearby. Is there a subway station within walking distance? Also, how easy is it to get downtown from there? I’d love to hear your experiences!
