How's the vibe around 2 The Donway E?

I'm thinking about moving to 2 The Donway E and wanted to get a sense of the area. How's the walkability? Are there good local spots to grab groceries or coffee? Also, is transit access easy if I don't have a car? Thanks for any insights!
