1860 Jane St is in the running, what's that area like?

I'm really excited about the vibe at 1860 Jane St and love what I see so far! Can anyone share their thoughts on the neighbourhood? How's the transit access around there, and are there good grocery stores or restaurants nearby? Would love some real talk!
