Is 3479 St Clair Ave E a reasonable commute to the Financial District?

Hey everyone, I'm checking out 3479 St Clair Ave E and I'm wondering how realistic the commute is to downtown. Is the TTC reliable here? Also, is it a walkable area for day-to-day errands? Any insights would be appreciated!
