How's getting around from 132 Berkeley St on a daily basis

I'm considering a place at 132 Berkeley St and I'm curious about transit options. How convenient is the TTC for commuting downtown? Is it walkable for daily errands and groceries without a car? Any tips on biking routes around the area would be great too!
