Thinking of renting near 95 Jameson Ave, is the area worth it?

I've got my eye on 95 Jameson Ave and really like what I've seen so far. Can anyone share what the vibe is like in the area? How's transit access, and are there good grocery stores or restaurants nearby? Just trying to get a real feel for the neighborhood.
