Confused about rent control in my East York apartment

Hey everyone! I’m a bit lost on whether my apartment in East York is rent controlled. I’ve been living here for about 5 years, and my rent just went up to $2100. Is that normal? Could someone explain the rules to me? I’m worried I might be getting overcharged. Thanks in advance!
