How's the commute from 3825 Sheppard Ave E to downtown, manageable?

I'm a recent grad looking for my first apartment at 3825 Sheppard Ave E. How's the daily commute to downtown? I'm focused on using TTC and would love to know if it's realistic without a car. Any insights on transit options would be super helpful!
