How's the commute from 745 York Mills Rd to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 745 York Mills Rd and am curious about the daily commute to downtown. How reliable is the TTC from there? Also, is it walkable to transit stops or would I need to rely on bus routes? Any tips would be appreciated!
