How's the commute from 33 Glen Everest Rd to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm a recent grad looking at 33 Glen Everest Rd. I'm curious about how long the commute would take me to downtown. Is the TTC reliable from this area? I’d love to know if I could live here car-free while still getting to work easily.
