I’ve been checking out the area around 247 Logan Ave and wow, it really does feel special. It's right in the heart of Leslieville, super walkable with tons of cafes and restaurants just a stroll away. Plus, you’ve got the 501 Queen streetcar right there, making getting downtown a breeze.
