Commute from 1191 Birchmount Rd to downtown, how long roughly?

I'm considering moving to 1191 Birchmount Rd and I'm curious about the commute to downtown. How long does it usually take on the TTC? Is the transit reliable for getting to places like Union Station? Any input on walkability around the area would be great too!
