How's the commute from 3575 Bathurst St to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering a move to 3575 Bathurst St and I’m curious about the daily commute to downtown. How long does it usually take to get to Union Station via TTC? Also, is the transit service reliable around here for daily trips? Any thoughts are appreciated!
