How connected is 700 Kingston Rd to the rest of the city

I'm considering moving to 700 Kingston Rd and I'm curious about transit options. How easy is it to get downtown using the TTC? Is it walkable for day-to-day errands or would I need to rely on a car? Any insights from locals would be appreciated!
