I'm really intrigued by the area around 3181 Eglinton Ave E! It has such a vibrant vibe with easy access to the Eglinton Station on the Crosstown line. Plus, it's super walkable, so you can explore local restaurants and parks like the beautiful McGregor Park nearby. Looks like a hidden gem!
