Is 320 Tweedsmuir Ave walkable or do you need a car?

I'm considering moving to 320 Tweedsmuir Ave and I want to hear from anyone who's living or has lived there. Is it easy to do groceries and run errands on foot? How walkable is the area for day-to-day life without a car? Any tips on proximity to TTC and streetcar lines would be great!
