How's the commute from 375 Westmount Ave to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 375 Westmount Ave and I'm curious about the daily commute to downtown. How reliable is the TTC in that area? Also, are there good options for buses or streetcars nearby if I want to live car-free?
