Is 800 Lansdowne Ave transit-friendly for car-free living?

I'm looking to downsize and potentially move to 800 Lansdowne Ave. I'm really keen on living car-free, so I'm wondering how walkable the area is and what transit access is like, especially for getting downtown. Any thoughts from current residents?
