How's the commute from 2545 Lake Shore Blvd W to downtown?

I'm really focused on finding a transit-friendly place, and I'm considering 2545 Lake Shore Blvd W. Can anyone share how long the commute to downtown is using the TTC? Also, how's the streetcar and bus access around there? Appreciate any insights!
