How's the vibe around 77 Spencer Ave?

I'm looking for a place to rent and 77 Spencer Ave caught my eye. I'm curious about the community vibe and if there are decent amenities nearby. Also, how’s the TTC access? I don't have a car, so walkability is a big factor for me.
