How's the commute from 102 Goodwood Park Crt to downtown, any thoughts?

I'm considering moving to 102 Goodwood Park Crt and want to know how the commute to downtown is. Can most people rely on the TTC to get to places like Union Station? Also, is it a walkable area day to day without needing a car? Any insights would be appreciated!
