How's the commute from 370 Ridelle Ave to downtown, any tips?

I'm thinking of moving to 370 Ridelle Ave and want to know what the daily commute to downtown is like. How long does it take on the TTC? Also, is there good access to subway or streetcars nearby for quick trips around the city?
