Narrowed it down to 110 Tyndall Ave, any thoughts on the neighbourhood?

Hey everyone! I'm really liking what I've seen about 110 Tyndall Ave but would love to hear some real opinions. What's the area vibe like? Is it walkable, and how's the transit around there? Also, are there good grocery stores and restaurants nearby?
