Thinking of renting near 2 Forest Laneway, is the area worth it?

I'm really excited about the possibility of renting at 2 Forest Laneway! The location looks great with nearby parks, but I'd love to hear more about the vibe in the area. How's the transit access, and are there good grocery stores or restaurants around? Any local insights would be super helpful!
