Confused about this bizarre lease clause!

My lease says I can't have guests over more than two nights a week or I'll get fined. Isn't that super weird? How can a landlord dictate who can stay over? It feels unreasonable. Plus, what if my family comes to visit? Can't afford to be paying extra anytime someone greets me!
