How's the commute from 1286 Wilson Ave to downtown, is it manageable?

Thinking about moving to 1286 Wilson Ave and I'm curious about the commute to downtown. How long does it typically take on the TTC? Is it easy to get to Union Station or the Financial District from there? Any tips would be appreciated!
