I found a 1BR apartment for $2200 near Queen Street subway station in downtown Toronto. It has a decent layout but is on the smaller side, about 500 sq ft. I'm prioritizing transit access, but I'm unsure if this price is reasonable given the location and current market trends. Am I overpaying?
