What's Included in Toronto Rent? Utilities Confusion!

Hey everyone, I'm a recent grad trying to figure out Toronto rentals and I'm really confused about what's actually included in the rent. I hear that heat and water are usually covered, but is hydro typically extra? Are utilities included worth it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
