How's the commute from 60 Underhill Dr to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 60 Underhill Dr and I’m really focused on transit-friendly living. How's the TTC service from there, especially for commuting to downtown? Is it a reasonable time for daily trips? Any insights would be appreciated!
