How's the commute from 110 Cottonwood Dr to Union Station?

I'm considering moving to 110 Cottonwood Dr and am curious about the TTC commute to Union Station. How long does it usually take? Is it a decent and reliable route? I really want to live car-free and appreciate any tips on getting around downtown from there.
