I’ve been eyeing a 1-bedroom in Leslieville listed for $2,100. I love the area but heard rents have been climbing lately. Is this a fair price given the market now? Also, curious if anyone has thoughts on how the neighborhood has been changing this past year. Any insights are appreciated!
