Narrowed it down to 95 Gamble Ave, any thoughts on the neighbourhood?

I'm seriously considering 95 Gamble Ave and I love what I see so far. Can anyone share their thoughts on the area vibe, especially around transit options like the Main Street subway? Also, are there good grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance?
