2 Grandstand Pl is in the running, what's that area like?

I’m really liking what I see about 2 Grandstand Pl and trying to decide if it’s the right fit. How's the vibe in the surrounding area? Is there decent transit nearby, and what about groceries or restaurants? Would love some honest input from locals or current renters!
