Cost-sharing strategies for renting a 3+ bedroom apartment

Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on renting a larger apartment with friends to split costs in Toronto. Is a 3BR split between us worth it compared to typical studio rates? I’m also considering group rentals with coworkers. Are 4 bedroom places cheaper once split? Any tips would be appreciated!
