I'm really liking the vibe I've seen for 890 Mount Pleasant Rd, but I'd love to hear from anyone living nearby. How's the transit, particularly around Eglinton Ave? Also, what are the local grocery stores and restaurants like? Any insights on the neighbourhood character would be great!
