Anyone else think the 10 Gordonridge Pl area is underappreciated?

The area around 10 Gordonridge Pl is such a hidden gem! Located in Scarborough, it has awesome TTC access, especially being close to the Scarborough RT. You can easily walk to nearby parks like Thomson Park or check out local eateries and coffee shops that really bring the community to life.
