Landlord's Accidental Delivery Service - Fruit Edition!

So my landlord has taken it upon themselves to deliver random fruit to my doorstep every week. One week it’s kumquats, the next it’s a box of peaches! It's sweet but honestly, I’m not sure if I should be grateful or just confused. Anyone else have a quirky landlord like this?
