How's the commute from 2360 Weston Rd to downtown, is it manageable?

Looking at 2360 Weston Rd for a potential move but I'm all about that TTC life. I'd love to know how the commute to downtown is, especially to the Financial District. Is it a quick trip or does it take a while? Any insights would be super helpful!
