Is 2667 Kipling Ave a reasonable commute to the Financial District?

I'm looking into living at 2667 Kipling Ave and I’m curious about the daily commute to downtown. How long does it typically take on the TTC? Also, is there good access to buses or streetcars around there for errands? Appreciate any insights!
