Seriously considering 2010 Bloor St W, what should I know?

I'm really liking what I see at 2010 Bloor St W, especially with its proximity to the Bloor-Danforth line. What's the area vibe like? Are there good grocery stores and restaurants nearby? Any insights on the neighborhood character would be super helpful!
