How's the commute from 2703 St Clair Ave E to downtown, is it manageable?

I’m considering moving to 2703 St Clair Ave E and would love to hear about the commute to downtown. How reliable is the TTC from there? Can I get to Union Station easily without a car? Any insights on walkability for daily errands would also be great!
