Need guidance on summer rentals in the Beaches area

I'm looking to move to Toronto this summer and the Beaches seems like a great fit for my lifestyle. What are reasonable rent prices for a 1-bedroom? I want to be close to amenities and the lake, but I'm a bit worried about finding something decent in my budget. Any tips or recommendations?
