How long is the TTC ride from 30 Charles St E to Union?

I'm thinking about moving to 30 Charles St E and I’m really focused on transit-friendly living. How quick is the TTC ride from there to Union Station? I want a reliable commute to downtown, preferably by subway. Any insights would be great!
