How's the commute from 875 Kennedy Rd to downtown, is it manageable?

I'm considering moving to 875 Kennedy Rd but I rely on public transit for my daily commute. Can anyone share their experiences with the TTC from there to downtown? How long does it usually take, and is the service reliable?
