How's the commute from 365 Grandravine Dr to downtown, anyone know?

I'm considering moving to 365 Grandravine Dr and I'm all about that transit-friendly lifestyle. Can anyone share their experience commuting to downtown? What's the TTC like in the area, and is it realistic to live car-free around here?
