Landlord's Accordion Sessions: Is This Normal?

So, my landlord has a strict 'no music after 7 PM' rule, but somehow feels that playing the accordion until midnight is perfectly acceptable! 😂 I mean, it’s a bit of a mood killer when I’m trying to wind down, but at least it’s unique! Anyone else have a landlord with eccentric 'music' preferences?
