Eviction notice worries - need guidance ASAP!

I'm facing an eviction notice and I'm feeling completely overwhelmed. I just moved to Toronto and I don't understand the local laws. I've heard about N12 forms and illegal evictions, but I really need clarity on my rights and what to expect in LTB hearings. Any advice would be immensely appreciated.
